Hi, I'm Maëlle! "To the why? I answer why not :)" – my motto that sums it all up! Between skydiving and swimming with whale sharks in Australia, 54km night treks in France, motorcycle road trips in Laos and Vietnam, and even courses to learn how to cook pad Thai or make Chinese lanterns, I thrive on extraordinary experiences. With my trusty purple backpack since I was 20, I've already traveled to over 22 countries, including several multi-month adventures : a year and a half in Australia and Southeast Asia at 23, a month in Costa Rica at 26, and my first two-month solo trip to Asia for my 30th birthday (yes, I'm addicted to Asia!). Passionate about slow travel and cultural immersion, I see each trip as an encounter with others AND with myself. My specialty? Transforming the unexpected into magical moments, creating authentic connections with locals and travelers alike, and organizing epic musical blind tests! Because traveling is about growing while remaining humble in the face of the world's beauty... but above all, it's about having fun together!
